Iskali is committed to a safe and healthy organizational culture in the workplace and among volunteers, participants and staff, both as individuals and in community groups, and to the prevention and reduction of the incidence and effects of abuse, exploitation, and harassment.
Iskali provides education for volunteers, participants, and staff in their understanding of the nature of healthy boundaries among people and the processes for respecting those boundaries.
Iskali does not tolerate any form of abuse, exploitation, or harassment in its programs. Any mistreatment or abuse by staff, participant or a volunteer will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or volunteer service. In the case of any potential complaints that allege criminal misconduct by anyone affiliated with Iskali, whether occurring through Iskali programming or otherwise, Iskali will report the incident to the proper municipal, state, or federal authorities for investigation, as necessary.
If you have witnessed or experienced any mistreatment, abuse, or safety concerns at an Iskali event or community, you are encouraged to contact the Iskali Board of Directors at [email protected].
