Mireya Guzman

Mireya is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Iskali’s Junior Board. Mireya works as a Senior Financial Analyst at CRG, a Real Estate Development and Investment firm where she is responsible for supporting regional offices, the capital markets group, and senior leadership with financial analysis of new and existing development projects and analysis of the consolidated CRG platform. Prior to joining CRG, Mireya was a Portfolio Manager for Wintrust Bank in Chicago, where she actively managed a commercial real estate loan portfolio totaling ~$1.3 billion in loan commitments secured by various asset types located across distinct U.S. markets.
Mireya received her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Political Science and a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Dominican University in River Forest, IL, in 2018. She was a member of Sigma Delta Pi (National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society). Mireya is also a member of the Young Associates Board (YAB) of Almost Home Kids. |
José Carlos Sandoval García

José Carlos Sandoval García is the co-chair of the Iskali Junior Board. José Carlos is an account manager at Chula Vista Imports, a family owned importing and exporting business. Additionally, he also serves as a consultant in advancement with the Michoacana Premiums. Prior to joining Chula Vista full time, José Carlos began his own artisan brand huarache business, personal development Podcast, ran a marketing team, learned to day-trade, and grew a five-figure crypto and NFT portfolio while studying business management at Marymount California University. Before Marymount California University, José Carlos studied business management and played Division 1 soccer at the University of Missouri in Kansas City and in NAIA side Robert Morris University Chicago campus. José Carlos also enjoyed a stint of overseas soccer with the Universidad de Oviedo in Asturias, Spain. Always a leader on and off the field, José Carlos now dedicates his time to guiding many young Latinos in personal and professional development alongside Iskali.
