What you will do:
- Fundraise $10,000–$15,000 to support your mission work. This is more than a task—it’s a testament to your leadership, creativity, and commitment to growth.
- Serve in a parish with a Hispanic community and a focus on ministry to young adults.
- Guide young adults in a comprehensive formation process that integrates life and faith.
- Coordinate and lead the Young Adults Leadership Team to plan, execute, and evaluate ministry initiatives.
- Cultivate personal connections through weekly one-on-one meetings with young adults, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with parish leaders and Iskali supervisors to advance ministry goals.
- Invite young adults to actively participate in parish life, from service opportunities to leadership roles.
- Full-time service begins in January 2026.
- Missionaries can apply anytime during the year, but positions will be finalized based on the recruitment timeline.

- Financial contribution: Cover 15–20% of the missionary’s cost.
- Missionary support: Provide housing (if possible) and collaborate with Iskali in facilitating the missionary’s work.
- Community engagement: Identify potential young adult leaders for training or work with Iskali to fully recruit a missionary for your parish.

- Access to Iskali’s integrated evangelization system and ongoing support.
